Digital delivery

Most products are digital and may be delivered immediately after checkout by download, access link, Shortcut link, or library unlock.

When refunds may be available

  • The product was not delivered and access cannot be restored.
  • The product is materially different from its product-page description.
  • The product is defective and cannot reasonably be fixed or replaced.
  • You were charged twice for the same product by mistake.
  • A refund is required by applicable consumer law.

When refunds may be declined

  • The product was delivered and accessed as described.
  • The purchase was made on an incompatible device despite a clear compatibility warning.
  • The request is based on a change of mind after digital delivery, where permitted by law.
  • The request relates to misuse, unauthorised sharing, or breach of the Terms or Content Standards.
