1. Acceptance

By accessing or using D4D Interactive, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

2. 18+ only

This site is for adults only. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if higher. Minors must not access, buy, download, or interact with the site.

3. Content disclosure

Some products and pages may include fantasy domination language, suggestive themes, sponsored links, digital games, Shortcut tools, downloadable files, or interactive experiences. Product pages describe the content type, compatibility, price, billing type, and delivery method before checkout.

4. Content standards

All site use is subject to our Content Standards. Prohibited content includes minors or underage content, bestiality or animals, incest, non-consensual activity, coercion, blackmail, extortion, forced activity, trafficking, physical abuse, real violence, illegal activity, celebrity impersonation or deepfake sexual content, stolen content, and any content involving people who have not given valid adult consent.

5. No third-party adult uploads

D4D Interactive does not permit third-party users to upload adult content to the website, publish live streams, or generate adult visual content involving real people through the website.

6. Purchases and delivery

Paid products are delivered digitally by download, access link, iCloud Shortcut link, browser access, or another digital delivery method shown on the product page. Review device compatibility before buying.

7. Billing clarity

Each product page should show whether a purchase is one-time, recurring, trial-based, or otherwise billed. Do not purchase unless you understand the price, billing type, delivery method, refund terms, and compatibility information shown before checkout.

8. Refunds

Digital products are generally non-refundable once delivered, except where required by law or where the product is defective, inaccessible, duplicated, or materially different from its description. See the Refund Policy for details.

9. Intellectual property

All text, graphics, code, media, branding, and product materials belong to D4D Interactive or their respective owners. Do not copy, resell, redistribute, or re-upload products without written permission.

10. Conduct

You must not interfere with site security, misuse downloads, attempt unauthorised access, scrape private areas, abuse checkout/access/sponsor systems, submit prohibited requests, or attempt to use the site for illegal or non-consensual purposes.

11. Reports and removals

Reports of illegal, non-consensual, underage, prohibited, or standards-violating content can be made through the Report Content / Removal Requests page. We may disable or remove content, links, or access while reviewing a report.

12. Third-party links

Sponsored links and external services may have their own terms and privacy policies. D4D Interactive is not responsible for third-party websites, but sponsored placements must not promote content that breaches our Content Standards.

13. Disclaimer

The site and products are provided as described, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, compatibility with every setup, or error-free operation.

14. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, D4D Interactive and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from site use, downloads, third-party links, or unavailable services.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
